Ever since I can remember I have wanted to work and when I was a child my Mother and Father put a chore spreadsheet up on the refrigerator which outlined various tasks which upon completion and inspection resulted in corresponding monetary values. My sister and I looked at each other and THAT is where my competitive spirit and strong work ethic began.
My first 'real' job was at twelve where I learned about demo and construction with my Grandfather on my Uncle's house. (I got to swing hammers and work a bulldozer which was an absolute blast!) At fifteen I started washing dishes under the table and from there I worked my way up through the restaurant business until I was managing some of the most prestigious major restaurant operations in Los AngelesEverything was going great in the restaurant industry and there were some things I loved about the business, but I wasn't totally happy...

In 2016, I was having a conversation with my Aunt where I realized my childhood dream was to be an archeologist. (because I was so attracted to the idea that if you dug deep enough or worked hard enough without giving up then you could possibly find something incredible to show the world). I realized that I had a deep infatuation with the idea of surveying, excavating, and analyzing and unfortunately this desire wasn't being met in the restaurant industry.

It was during this same conversation with my Aunt (who happened to be the top Land Broker in the South East.) that she explained to me exactly how she surveyed, excavated, and analyzed properties while serving each one of her clients in Real Estate. After our conversation and another conversation with my Uncle (who is one of the largest developers in Florida) I decided to leave the restaurant business and get my Real Estate License!

Through a series of events I ending up meeting Sean and Art right as they were about to open NextHome Luxe Group. We immediately hit it off and because of the mentorship, tools for success, and quality of service, I decided to leave the company I was with and come on board as their first Agent! It turned out to be the best decision I could have ever made! I signed up expecting to get leadership and learn great business structure, but it turned out to be that and so much more. As someone who lives far away from his family I can honestly say they have made a home away from home for me and I couldn't be happier to work, learn, and live alongside them. They are not just great at what they do, they are great people and that matters to me most in this world above anything else.
Real Estate has provided for me the opportunity to deliver exactly what my clients are looking for and a career I am almost too passionate about. The result of which is incredibly happy clients and me finally fulfilling the age old adage from Confucius "choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life"

People have many service options out there so I feel very honored to work with those who have chosen and continue to choose me as their advisor. I've had the fortune of working not only with very seasoned investors, but also first-time buyers and traditional/investment sellers all of whom have continued to work with me or have trusted me with their friends and family through referrals. If you are ready to work together or have any questions at all about real estate, please pick up the phone and give me a call. It would be a privilege to work together.
